At Mithila Creations, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable Items/No-exchangeable:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale".
  • items marked as non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@mithilacreations.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack your item(s) and include the RAN. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Items must be exchanged within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@mithilacreations.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) along with instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack your item(s) and include the EAN. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Receive Your New Item: Once we receive your original item, we will process the exchange and send the new item to you at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@mithilacreations.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

International Returns & Exchanges

For our international customers, the process is similar. However, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
